  • 1 lb. round steak, 3/4-inch cubes
  • flour to coat
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (6 oz.) mushrooms
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 6 to 8 drops Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Dip meat in flour, brown.

    Add onion, garlic and mushrooms; combine soup and seasonings; pour over meat.
