  • 400g Eye fillet steak
  • 25g butter
  • 1/2 onion thinly sliced
  • 3/4 tbsp paprika combo hot/sweet
  • 150g button mushrooms halved or quartered
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 150ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • jucie 1/4 lemon
  • fresh parseley chopped
