  • 1/2 pound lean beef cubed rump or round
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 cups whole wheat noodles cooked
  • 8 tablespoons low fat yogurt

    1. Brown beef and drain. Add mushrooms

    2. Whisk dry onion soup and flour into water and heat. Stir until thickened.
