Ingredients
- 24 oz Beef Steak, thin strips
- 2 tbsp Onion, finely grated or diced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup Beef stock
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 10 oz Mushrooms
- 1 cup Steamed vegetables
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions

1Heat heavy pan with olive oil, add beef and onion and fry to color.

2Add mushroom dijon and stir.

3Combine sour cream, paprika, pepper and salt.

4Slowly stir sour cream mixture into beef and mustard mixture.

5Cover with stock, bring to boil.

6Simmer for about 15 to 20 mins or until meat is tender.

7Simmer for a further 5 mins and serve over steamed vegetables
