- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery or chicken soup (any cream soup will do), diluted
- 1 onion

- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cut round steak in bite size pieces, roll in flour and brown it.

2Put in large pot and simmer meat in soup, onion and celery until meat is tender, about 2 hours.

3After meat is tender, put mushrooms in.

4About 30 minutes before you want to serve, add sour cream.

5If you need more liquid, add more soup.

6Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
