Ingredients

  • 1 lb. browned sausage
  • 9 to 12 eggs
  • 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread, cubed or pulled
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain. Cube bread. Add all other ingredients. Put in a bowl with lid. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, take out and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour until brown and cooked, no lid. Do not stir while baking.
