  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, partially frozen
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sour cream
