- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. sirloin steak (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, drained
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Combine butter, onion and garlic in 1-quart casserole.

2Cook, covered, on full power for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender.

3Trim excess fat from meat.

4Cut meat into thin, bite-size strips.

5Add meat to casserole.

6Cook, covered, on full power for 3 minutes.

7Stir halfway through cooking time.

8Continue cooking on Cook Level 3 for 10 to 13 minutes or until meat is cooked.
