Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Diced Fresh Peaches, Leave Skin On
  • 1/4 cups Red Bell Pepper, Finely Diced
  • 1/4 cups Shallot, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Or Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Vanilla Salt (regular Salt Is Fine)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar (regular Sugar Is Okay)
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro, To Taste

Directions

    Cut up all your fruit and veggies.

    Measure out all your ingredients.

    Pop everything but the cilantro into a bowl and mix it all up.

    Pop it in the fridge for about 30 to 60 minutes to let the flavours meld together.

    Remove from fridge and garnish with cilantro.

    Serve over top of fish, chicken, pork or beef.

    You can also use it as a dip for chips if desired.
