Beef Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 lb. #43 shells
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small can chopped mushrooms
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked beef, chopped
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook shells 12 minutes.

2Drain and rinse.

3Saute in oil, onions, garlic and mushrooms.

4Mix in beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheeses, oregano, salt and pepper.

5Stuff shells with meat mixture.

6Arrange shells in large deep baking pan that has been covered with 3 to 4 cups of spaghetti or tomato sauce.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Baste with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
