- 1 Tbsp. oil
- beef strips
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- pepper
- 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Brown beef strips in oil.

2Sprinkle garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon of ginger and brown together.

3Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Add cauliflower and pepper to meat.

4Cover and let simmer.

5Mix can of beef broth and cornstarch and add this to the meat mixture. Add mushrooms and sugar to ingredients.

6Heat until thickens. Serve over rice.
