  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. beer
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • jalapeno peppers, chopped, or salsa to taste
  • taco chips

Directions

    Add onion to ground beef while browning; drain meat very well. Add remaining ingredients, except taco chips, to beef mixture; simmer until cheese melts.
