Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 to 4 lb. beef, cubed (can use round steak, chuck or sirloin; amount of meat can vary)

Directions

    Put soy sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in 1 cup measuring cup and add water to make 1 cup.

    Put this mixture into large bowl with the rest of ingredients, except beef.

    Mix together.

    Add beef and refrigerate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally to marinate . Put on skewers and grill or broil to desired doneness.
