  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 stick oleo (lo-cal)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 to 3 thimbles Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 thimbles soy sauce
  • water (don't cover, add as needed)

    Cut meat into cubes, oh yeah, remove all fat.

    Brown meat. Chop up onions; brown them separately.

    Put meat in kettle with liquid and put in oven to cook while you are working on onions. Oh yeah, add a little water.
