- Bisquick
- 2 lb. beef tips
- water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Take 2 pounds of beef tips, cut into small cubes.

2In a frying pan, put 2 tablespoons butter or oil and beef tips.

3Brown tips with salt and pepper to taste.

4After tips are brown, add 1 1/2 cups water; lower temperature and put lid on pan.

5Cook meat until tender.

6When meat is tender, remove from pan and leave liquid. Add 1 1/2 cups water and 4 to 5 tablespoons of Bisquick and mix, making a gravy, then add meat back in and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
