- 2 lb. stew meat
- beef bouillon (2 beef cubes plus 2 c. water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.

2Brown meat in bacon grease.

3Add onion, bay leaf, bouillon and bacon.

4Cook on low heat 2 to 3 hours.

5Serve over rice.
