  • 1 lb. beef tips
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup (only powder)
  • 2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 parts water to 1 part wine

Directions

    Saute tips in tad amount of oil.

    Combine remaining ingredients together.

    Put tips in casserole dish and add liquid mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 1 to 2 hours or until done.
