- 4 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Cover with cold water for 30 minutes. Remove all membranes. Cover with water and cook about 10 minutes.

2Drain and put in cold water.

3When cold, drain and brown in hot fat.
