- 1 can beef broth
- 1 lb. beef
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot, diced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 c. green beans
- 1 c. corn
- 1 c. peas
- 1 c. potatoes
- 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
Directions

1Put beef broth, beef, salt, peppercorns and bay leaf in 2 quarts of water.

2Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour.

3Add vegetables, bring to a boil.

4Cover and simmer until vegetables and meat are tender. Serves 4.
