- 1 large fillet of beef, trimmed (feeds 10 adults)
- garlic powder
- Virginia baked ham, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 egg
- dash of milk
- Pillsbury crescent rolls
Directions

1Sprinkle beef with garlic powder.

2At oven temperature of 325°, cook beef approximately 15 minutes per pound (approximately 1 1/2 hours).

3When beef is cooked, wrap in aluminum foil and let sit for 1/2 hour.

4Right before serving, drape Virginia baked ham over beef.

5Drape Pillsbury crescent rolls on top of ham.

6Whip egg and milk together and spread a little on top of crescent rolls.

7Cook in 350° oven for approximately 15 minutes.

8Slice and serve.
