  • 3/4 lb (12 oz) broccoli
  • 4 oz button mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 T sake, dry sherry or vermouth
  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1 T water
  • 1 T granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 T vegetable oil
