Beef With Rice.

Ingredients
- 3 beef ribs
- 10 baby carrots
- 5 g sazon goya (or you can use 1 cube of Knorr)
- 2 small white potatoes
- 13 cup red wine, of your choice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 34 of a white onion
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil or 1 cup olive oil
- 1 12 cups jasmine rice
- 10 g Knorr chicken bouillon (1 cube)
Directions

1Cut ribs in half, about 1x1 squares.

2Add 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil to a large frying pan, cover the pan and allow il to heat up.

3Once oil is hot, add the ribs.

4Cover pan, and once one side of the ribs is brown, shut off heat and flip to other side.

5Turn off heat completely when both sides of ribs are brown.

6Cut up 1/2 the onion.

7In a large pot add about 1/4 cup of oil and add the onion and baby carrots.

8Sautee.

9Now add the ribs to the pot and add some water, enough so that the bottom half of the ribs are in water.

10Cook for about 45 minutes or until meat is tender.

11Boil 3 cups of water and drop 1 cube of Knorr in water and stir until dissolved.

12When boiling add rice and cover pot.

13Reduce heat to medium, frequently stirring.

14Peel and Cut potatoes into small squares.

15When meat is cooked and tender, add potatoes.

16If there isn't enough water add a little.

17Potatoes should be done in 15-20 minutes.

18Serve meat, potatoes and vegetables over rice.
