  • 3 lb. stew beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. wine

Directions

    In large casserole dish, layer meat, mushrooms, onion soup mix and celery soup, then wine.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
