  • 1/4 c. pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 jar dried beef, cut up fine

    Be sure beef, pecans and onion are all chopped fine.

    Mix well and make into a ball.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Sprinkle paprika on the next day (optional).

    Spread on crackers to serve.
