- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 large onion, cut fine
- 1 small bell pepper (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and pepper.

2Drain grease.

3Cook elbow macaroni until tender, but still firm.

4Drain.

5Add to macaroni and beef mixture catsup, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese.

6Cook on low heat about 15 minutes.

7Serve.
