  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 large onion, cut fine
  • 1 small bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion and pepper.

    Drain grease.

    Cook elbow macaroni until tender, but still firm.

    Drain.

    Add to macaroni and beef mixture catsup, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese.

    Cook on low heat about 15 minutes.

    Serve.
