  • 2 tomato's
  • 6 small potato's thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 1 (MEAT MIXTURE)
  • 2 lb minced beef
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced (scallion)
  • 1 (SAUCE)
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

    Preheat oven to 375

    Start sauce first by adding tomato paste.. juice of a half of lemon..salt..pepper..olive oil..sugar..water..dried parsley..onion powder to a bowl and mix good and then set a side

    In a large bowl mix the minced beef and sliced green onions..fresh chopped parsley..salt..pepper..garlic powder..chopped garlic..onion powder and a 1/4 cup of the sauce

    In a large casserole dish that has a cover >flatten the beef mixture to the bottom of the dish evenly

    Add the sliced potato's over the beef until its covered

    Add the sliced tomato's over the potato's

    Add the sliced onion's over the tomato's

    Pour the rest of the sauce over top and cover and bake for 1 hour

    When finished serve over rice !
