- 6 c. sliced zucchini or summer squash
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top chicken stuffing
Directions

1Boil zucchini and onion in water for 5 minutes.

2Drain.

3Mix soup and sour cream, then add carrots, then zucchini and onion. Mix butter and stuffing mix with a fork.

4Place half of the Stove Top mix in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Then add vegetable filling. Top with remaining Stove Top mix.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
