- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. flat beer (room temperature)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, separated
Directions

1Place flour in a bowl and stir in beer, salt and oil.

2Stir to blend.

3There will be a few lumps.

4Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place for about 3 hours.

5Stir in egg yolk.

6When ready to cook, fold in beaten egg white.

7Great for deep frying vegetables.
