- 10 medium pan fish fillets
- 1 c. fine ground corn meal
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle dark beer
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. crushed dill weed
- 1/8 tsp. savory
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Mix corn meal, Bisquick and seasonings.

2Add egg and enough beer so the batter just runs off a dipped fish.

3Deep fry 2 fish at a time in a fry pan at 360°.

4The fish are done when golden brown, about 3 1/2 to 5 minutes.
