- 1 1/2 lb. fillets
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Beat yolks thick and light.

2Blend in beer, milk, flour, salt and pepper.

3Mix until smooth.

4Beat whites stiff, but not dry. Fold into beer mixture.

5Pat fish dry.

6Dip and fry in deep fat (375°) for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and puffed.
