- 3 c. Bisquick
- 12 oz. can beer
Directions

1Measure the Bisquick in a mixing bowl.

2Open the beer and drink 1/3; only 1/3!

3Add remainder of the beer to the bowl and mix well.

4Pour mixture into greased muffin pan, filling each section only 2/3 full (yeast in the beer will rise dough). Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350° or until browned.

5Makes 1 dozen biscuits.

6Goes well with stew or chili.
