- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer, room temp
Directions

1Large bowl; sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2Cut in butter.

3Add beer.

4Mix lightly with fork until ball forms Turn dough onto generously floured surface.

5Knead gently 5-6 times.

6Roll dough out and cut with biscuit cutter. Place biscuits 1 in apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until tops are brown (15-18 minutes) at 425°F.
