  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Bisquit Mix
  • 1/2 cups Beer
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

    1. Cut the sour cream into the biscuit mix until it is a crumbly dough.

    2. Pour beer into dough and mix till just blended.

    3. Sprinkle biscuit mix on countertop and pat dough out on counter. You may need to add more biscuit mix to the top of dough as it is really sticky.

    4. Put butter in an 8-inch square or round pan and place into a 450°F oven till butter is melted.

    5. Cut dough with a biscuit cutter or knife and place into the pan with melted butter.

    6. Bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes.
