- 2 lb. squash (yellow)
- 2/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 large eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- melted butter
Directions

1Saute onion in the butter.

2Mix with cooked and drained squash.

3Pour into an oiled baking dish.

4(May use Pam cooking spray.)

5Beat eggs well (may use Egg Beaters as a substitute). Add salt, pepper, sugar and then milk.

6Pour over squash and onion, then mix gently.

7Top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake 20 minutes in a 450° oven.
