- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) can warm beer or non-alcoholic beer
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a loaf pan and line with a strip of wax paper.

3Grease the paper.

4Place the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

5While beating, add the beer slowly.

6Mix until smooth.

7Pour batter into loaf pan and top with the melted butter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
