- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (10 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- additional butter for top (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix ingredients.

3Pour into well-greased 9 x 5-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Pour additional butter on top and bake for 15 more minutes to brown. Serve warm or cool.
