- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour, but do not sift.

2Add beer gently.

3Stir just enough to mix (not over 2 minutes).

4Put in greased and floured bread pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.

5Bake at 350°.
