Caesar-Seared Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. (900 g) lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Renee's Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 small lettuce leaves
  • 2 plum tomatoes, each cut lengthwise into 6 slices

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except buns, lettuce and tomatoes just until blended; shape into 12 patties.

    Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.

    on each side or until done (160 degrees F).

    Fill buns with lettuce, burgers and tomatoes.
