Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can/bottle beer, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 c. self-rising flour or 3 c. all-purpose flour with 6 tsp. baking powder and pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake in greased loaf pan in 375° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted tester comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool at least 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
