  • 3 cups Self-Rising Flour (must Be Self-rising), Plus More For Flouring Pan
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 16 ounces, fluid Beer
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and beer. Mix well. Butter and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan, then pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Pour the melted butter on top. Bake at 350 F for 55 minutes.
