- 3 cups Self-Rising Flour
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 12 ounces, fluid Beer Or Any Carbonated Beverage
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
Directions

1Preheat over to 375°F.

2Butter a 9-in loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, add flour, sugar and beer and mix well. It will be sticky. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. For the last 3 minutes of baking, remove from oven and brush the top with melted butter and return to the oven for the remainder of the baking time.
