  • 3 to 4 pork chops
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 2 ribs celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

    Fry pork chops; save drippings.

    Dice cooked chops.

    Boil rice with onions, peppers and celery; drain, then brown lightly.
