  • 1 can beer (room temp)
  • 3 c. self rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.

    Add in beer and mix well till all the flour is kneaded in.

    Pour dough into a well buttered loaf.

    Don't FLOUR PAN.

    Spread the mix to the edge of the pan.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
