- 1 Whole Chicken, 3-4 Pounds
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Sea Salt And Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Your Favorite Seasong
- 1/2 cans (12 Oz. Size) Beer

1You will also need a beer can chicken stand.

2Start by removing the giblets of the chicken.

3Rinse well and pat dry.

4Rub oil all over and on the inside of the chicken.

5Season with salt and peppper and rub in seasoning.

6Take a few good sips of your beer because you only want it half full.

7Place beer in the holder and place the chicken on top.

8Cook your chicken over indirect heat on the grill for about 1 1/2 hours.

9The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
