  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Sea Salt And Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Your Favorite Seasong
  • 1/2 cans (12 Oz. Size) Beer

    You will also need a beer can chicken stand.

    Start by removing the giblets of the chicken.

    Rinse well and pat dry.

    Rub oil all over and on the inside of the chicken.

    Season with salt and peppper and rub in seasoning.

    Take a few good sips of your beer because you only want it half full.

    Place beer in the holder and place the chicken on top.

    Cook your chicken over indirect heat on the grill for about 1 1/2 hours.

    The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
