Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Mix 3/4 cup of flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

2Heat milk, water and margarine.

3Add dry ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

4Add 1/4 cup flour and beat for 2 more minutes on high speed.

5Add remaining cup of flour.

6Knead on floured board. Divide into 12 pieces and shape into balls.

7Put into 8-inch cake pan; cover and place in cold oven with pan of boiling water.

8Let dough rise about 30 minutes.

9Remove water.
-
10Uncover rolls and bake at 350° until brown.
