- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 clove garlic, mashed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- about 3/4 c. beer
Directions

1In a food processor, grate cheese finely.

2Mix in garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

3Add beer gradually until of spreading consistency.

4Store in refrigerator.

5Serve at room temperature with crackers, party bread, or chips.
