  • 1/4 cups Half-and-half
  • 1- 1/2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 ounces, fluid Beer
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt

    In a saucepan over medium low heat, whisk together flour and butter until butter melts and you form a roux.

    Stir in cheese then add the beer, continuing to heat and reduce until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
