- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. dried minced onions
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- dash of garlic powder (optional)
- 8 oz. beer
Directions

1Cut the Velveeta and Cheddar into small chunks and place in food processor.

2Let come to room temperature.

3Add all other ingredients except the beer.

4Start processor and slowly add the beer.

5Process until mixture is smooth.

6Let set overnight in refrigerator or until the dried onions absorb the liquid in the mix.

7Serve as a dip with crackers or any raw vegetable.
