  • 1 lb aged natural cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb natural swiss cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 -2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces beer
