  • chicken pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 6 oz. beer
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • slivered almonds
  • green onions
  • water chestnuts
  • 2 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice mix

Directions

    Season chicken.

    Brown pieces.

    Put into covered casserole. Mix in soup, mushrooms, beer, soy sauce, Worcestershire and almonds.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or in microwave until sauce is bubbly.

    Cook wild rice.

    Add green onions and water chestnuts. Serve sauce over rice.
